It was fun shooting these two and laughing with them. I live down the street from Tim yet I only see him once or twice a year. We need to fix that because I had a fun hanging out with them.

My life has been a journey of self discovery filled with lots of uncertainties, but never lacking passion. I've spent the last decade or so trying to figure out what I want to do when I grow up. Photography never crossed my mind because I didn't think I had the creativity or talent to pull it off. Lucky for me a few years ago, my husband, who's always in the know of all things technology, bought me my first big girl Canon camera when all I asked for was an upgraded point & shoot. I started playing around and soon discovered I did have a smidgen of creativity and talent. Add that with a bit of passion and here I am!Thank you for visiting me!

Engagement: Tim & JenniVy
UCLA means a lot to my Uncle Tim and his fiance JenniVy. They both went to school there, but were friends way before then (since they were 13, I believe). When it came time to propose he wanted to do it at their school. It was kind of a funny story. He told her he wanted to be spontaneous and go to different places and take pictures of themselves for memories. He rented a camera and tripod for the day and when they got to UCLA he set up the tripod at Royce Hall and put it on record. She kept smiling into the camera as Tim got down on one knee. She kept smiling and asked him why the camera hadn't clicked yet when she finally noticed him on his knee. I'm sure the video they got was funny with JenniVy holding her smile. So, of course she said yes and now it was only fitting that we went back to their old stomping grounds for the engagement shoot.
